Get Your Get Out of Jail Card

Here  is your chance to avoid paying a big fee and an opportunity to basically receive a stay out of jail card!!!

The Texarkana, Arkansas District Court and the Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department are currently

conducting an amnesty period, running through March 31st, 2011.

During this time period the court will waive the warrant fee and jail time if full payment is received for delinquent citations. Also the Arkansas side PD will not arrest anyone who appears at the Bi-State Justice Building to pay these fines.

If you decide not to take care of these matters the department will be conducting a "warrant round-up" starting after the amnesty period expires and they will be targeting finding and arresting anyone who is wanted on an outstanding warrant.
