Hospice of Texarkana’s Jeans & Bling Returns With Rolling Stones Tribute Band

One of Texarkana’s biggest charity events is getting ready to turn up the volume this fall.

Hospice of Texarkana’s annual Jeans & Bling fundraiser returns Saturday, October 3, at 7 PM at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center for an evening of music, entertainment, and community support.

This year’s rock-themed celebration will feature Satisfaction – The International Rolling Stones Tribute Show, starring Texarkana native Chris LeGrand. This nationally recognized tribute band brings all the great music and energy of The Rolling Stones to the stage, and if you have never seen them, it is truly a treat!  I saw them a few years ago at the Perot, and they put on a fantastic show.

The audience will also enjoy the ever-popular Celebrity Lip Sync Contest with celebrity performers including Rev. Jeff and Kim Gantz, Robert Irwin, and Suki O’Neal. They will be competing for bragging rights and votes that the audience can buy online or at the event. Mary Washington, the 2025 Lip Sync Champion, will return for an encore performance.

A few years ago, Townsquare Media was part of the Lip Sync contest, with Jim and me making up part of the Beatles. It was fun even though we weren't very good. Believe me when I say It's not as easy as it looks!

You will also enjoy a buffet dinner, live and silent auctions, and raffle opportunities throughout the evening. All who come are encouraged to embrace the theme by dressing in their favorite denim and bling.

The event has been nominated 13 times as one of FSLM’s Best Charity Events and continues to be one of the area's most anticipated fundraisers each year.

Proceeds from Jeans and Bling help support Hospice of Texarkana, including the only freestanding Hospice Inpatient Care Center within a 75-mile radius. The fundraiser helps ensure local patients and families continue to receive compassionate end-of-life care close to home.
