Is Texarkana Getting a New Restaurant in 2019?

This new restaurant will be best known for its American, Italian and Mexican cuisine. They specialize in New York style pizza, a variety of delicious street tacos, and some of the tastiest fresh-made donuts on the planet. Deranged, will also serve breakfast foods, lunch, and coffee.

There's not much on thier website right now but it could be a fairly new business. Their slogan is the "Psyco Side of Food" an adventure for your taste buds. Here's hoping this isn't a hoax because there certainly has been a lot of them on Facebook lately. So the question, Is this legit or is it some deranged hoax? Stay tuned!
