Good Tuesday, Here are some stories making headlines today:

The flooding has peaked in Eastern Arkansas and Memphis, Tennessee. Floodwaters reach a level of just under 48 feet in Memphis which was just short of the record flood in 1937. Hundreds of families were moved from their homes in low lying areas but the levees are expected to keep the water from Beale Street and Graceland.

Arkansas Congressman Rick Crawfor wants the FBI to investigate whether his personal, financial and medical information was illegally obtained by his political opponents. The first term Republcian made the request after the Little Rock Newspaper asked him about when he paid a hospital debt related to his 1998 bankruptcy.

The 3rd Annual city of Texarkana, Texas Peace Officers Mmeorial Day and Appreciation Ceremony is tommorrow Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Sullivan Performing Arts Center & John Thomas Theatre 3941 Summerhill Road on the campus of Texas High. The event is free and the public is encouraged to attend. Following the event guests are invited to attend the Flag Raising Ceremony and Dedication of the Texarkana Police Special Operations and Training Center ( former Army National Guard Building) at 1420 South Park Road, with a reception to follow. Tours of the facility will be available until 2pm.
