We all keep hearing about Artificial Intelligence being used more and more in our daily lives at work and at home. AI is here. In the workforce, we need to learn about how it can help us and be beneficial but we also need to learn how to be careful with its use.
Leadership Texarkana invites the community to attend their Coffee & Conversation this Thursday, February 1, from 8:30 AM -10 AM at Texas A&M University-Texarkana in Eagle Hall.

At the event, there will be a discussion on Artificial Intelligence: A Deeper Dive into Readiness, Opportunity, and Ethical Responsibility for Today’s Leaders.
Panel of Leaders in Texarkana Talk About Using AI
There will be a panel of leaders who are currently using Artificial Intelligence within their organization and leadership roles. Panelists at this event will be Joshua Dunkeson-BWI, Dr. Ebony Mason-RRAD, Angelo Mitchell-RRCU, Bart Upchurch-Texarkana College, and Phillip Watson-TISD.
They will cover how to assess a business or organization's readiness to use Artificial Intelligence. They will also talk about some of the ethical concerns of using AI and how to use it responsibly. According to a press release,
Leaders are charged with focusing on future development and implementation of AI, defining clear business objectives. This session will provide leaders with a solid foundation and practical insights to effectively leverage AI in their organization. It is essential for leaders to have a clear understanding of AI technologies, develop a strategic approach towards AI implementation, and adhere to ethical considerations for responsible AI usage. The Leadership Frameworks team invites interested community members to hear about this timely topic of importance.
