Lisa’s Lesson in Self Defense [VIDEO]

Last week, I told you about how I saw a video of Jeff's daughter testing to assist teaching women's self defense classes, and I wanted to learn self-defense, Well, I did! Jeff taught me some Krav Maga moves and I used them on Jim :)My husband saw the video and said I looked like a "mean snake" Ha! That's great! Be afraid! Be very afraid!

Girls, if you're thinking about learning self-defense, I know there are a few martial arts classes around town, but if you aren't into ceremony of it and just want to learn how to defend yourself quickly and effectively then I really suggest the Krav Maga classes with Jeff at Lacy's Shotokan Karate.
