Magic Springs in Arkansas Announce Special Appreciation Days

Summer is on its way and so will be the hotter-than-hot temperatures. There are a lot of ways to cool down and one of the best ways is to visit a water park.

Magic Springs Theme and Water Park in Hot Springs has a lot of events planned this summer to keep you, your family and friends cool. This summer is shaping up to be a big one with concerts, special events and great appreciation days.

General Manager of Majic Springs Jessyka Hanna, said in a press release:

"From free admission for first responders, teachers and health care heroes to our Family Fun Fridays at the Wave Pool in July and our concert series, there's fun for everyone at Magic Springs."

Magic Springs Concert Series

Magic Springs will host 14 outdoor shows, featuring acts from
multiple genres. all shows start at 7 PM and the shows are free with park admission or a season pass. You can get a list of the concerts and dates here.

Hero Appreciation Days

Here is a special way to say thank you to our Military, First Responders and Health Care Heroes. It all takes place from May 27 through June 11. During this time all active-duty
Military, Law Enforcement, Correctional Officers, Firefighters, Doctors, Nurses and EMTs just have to present their professional ID at any of the front gate ticket windows and they will receive one free admission then it's regular admission for each family member.

Educator Appreciation Days

Then Teachers it's your time! Educator Appreciation will be from June 12 to June 25. This includes educators, administrators, bus drivers and other education professionals. School employees just need to bring their valid professional ID at the front gate for one free admission to the park. Then you'll get $10 off admission for each family member that you bring.

Superhero Day is Sunday, June 4 From 2 PM to 4 PM. Meet your favorite comic book superhero characters at Kiddie Land's Pinecone Stage. You'll even be able to get your picture taken with them. There will also be a superhero costume contest for kids under 12.

Mermaid Meet and Greet Mondays

Meet a Mermaid on Monday, July 10, Monday, July 17 and Monday, July 24.
Costumed mermaids will be on hand for photographs and will tell stories at at the wave pool from 1 PM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 5 PM

Get ready for themed Wave Pool Parties from 6-9 p.m. Friday nights in July.

Friday, July 7 it's a kid-friendly foam pool.

Friday, July 14 it's Luau time! Live music, hula dancers and luaus.

Friday, July 21 It's Magic Springs' 45th Birthday Bash with a live DJ, cupcakes,
games and prizes.
