Summer is almost here and the movies are heating up in theaters everywhere with array of super heroes and super villains. Thor opened a few weeks ago, The Green Lantern is coming in a couple of weeks, but this weekend X-Men: First Class gets front and center stage as the only movie release in theaters.

The film is a prequel to the first three movies, set in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. X-Men: First Class parallels the history of the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Civil Rights Movement.

This movie looks like a ton of fun with lots of action with some bright young stars. One of my favorite actors Kevin Bacon plays the villain.  A must see movie for X-Men fans!
