Saline County Authorities Searching for Missing Inmate

Police are searching for a missing inmate in Benton, Ark. who walked away from his work detail around 3 p.m. on Wednesday at the Saline County Courthouse.

The inmate, 46-year-old Timothy Berthelson, was being detained for failing to appear in court on traffic and other misdemeanor violations.

He is described as a white male with a gray beard, shoulder length hair and a bald spot. He's approximately 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.

He was last seen wearing standard issue orange pants, a white tee shirt and a camouflage hat.
