Authorities are asking for the public’s help after the vehicle belonging to a missing Louisiana man was located in Texarkana.
According to the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department post on Facebook, officers found the vehicle belonging to Jonathan L. Bohrer on Tuesday, May 12, in the 200 block of East Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.

Bohrer was originally reported missing out of Bossier Parish, Louisiana on Wednesday, May 6.

Police say Jonathan has still not been found.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have seen Jonathan or has information about his whereabouts to contact Sgt. Dakota Easley with the Criminal Investigation Division at (903) 798-3154.

Another Similar Case This Year in Texarkana

This case is similar to another missing Louisiana man investigation earlier this year in Texarkana.

In February, the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department said a vehicle belonging to missing Louisiana man Johnny Hamilton who was last seen on January 5, 2026, in Rodessa, Louisiana. His truck was found in a creek near Roberts and Dudley streets. While Hamilton’s vehicle was recovered, he was not found inside and has still not been located.
