
Texarkana, TX Municipal Court Announces Outstanding Warrant Amnesty
The City of Texarkana, Texas Municipal Court will offer an Amnesty Program from February 2 through April 2, 2026, giving residents an opportunity to resolve outstanding warrants without the risk of arrest.
Opportunity to Resolve Warrants Without Arrest
During the amnesty period, individuals with active warrants through the Texarkana, Texas Municipal Court may appear in person and pay the balance owed in full. Those who take advantage of the program will not be arrested, and their warrant will be recalled once payment is made.

Texarkana Payment Location, Hours, and Accepted Methods
Payments must be made in person at the Texas Pay Fine Window on the first floor of the Bi-State Justice Building, located at 100 N. State Line Avenue in Texarkana. The payment window is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:45 PM.

Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Money orders
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
Please Note: Card payments are subject to a processing fee. Checks and online payments will not be accepted for warrants during the amnesty period.
Consequences After the Amnesty Deadline
Court officials say the program is intended to give residents a chance to avoid arrest while resolving Class C misdemeanor warrants. Individuals who do not address their warrants by April 2, 2026, may face arrest, possible jail time, and higher fines.
