New Dean Named at University of Arkansas Texarkana Campus
Jennifer Wright Cunningham is the new Dean of the Texarkana Campus at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT). Starting July 1, she will manage the campus's daily operations.
Jennifer has over ten years of experience in college admissions and enrollment. For the last six years, she worked as the Director of Student Relations in the Enrollment Management Office at UAHT.
She has held several roles at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, including Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment, Transfer Counselor, and Social Media Specialist. She has a Master's in Sports Administration and a Bachelor's in Mass Media from Henderson State University, She is now pursuing a doctoral degree in Education Leadership at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
Jennifer stated in a press release,

I’m looking forward to working closely with the Texarkana community to enhance local learning on the UAHT Texarkana campus.
She graduated from Leadership Texarkana in 2021 and is active in the community and is active in several local organizations, including the TexRep Community Theater, and serves on the Leadership Texarkana Board.
Jennifer is from Nashville, Arkansas. She is married to Bryant Cunningham, who is from Texarkana, Arkansas. Bryant is the Assistant Training Officer and MEDEVAC Commander in the Arkansas National Guard 77th Theater Aviation Brigade.
