The City Of Texarkana, Texas is warning residents of Railroad construction in the area for the next couple of days. 

This is what Lisa Thompson of the City of Texarkana had to say about the upcoming railroad construction:

Union Pacific will close the railroad crossing on Findley Street on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from S. Kings Highway to S. Bishop Road. The work at this crossing is expected to last throughout the day, and the public is advised to use an alternate route.

Union Pacific will also close the crossing on Stewart Street on Friday, July 1st, 2022 from Findley Street to the area of Gazola Street and Kilgore Road.

A map was also included so that you can see the exact area of the repair and see what the best route will be before you are able to navigate yourself to work.

This is the work that will take place on Friday folks in Macedonia, and the LIberty Eyalu area should plan an alternate route while the construction is going on.
