Riverview Behavioral Health Hosting Free Teen Wellness Block Party and Backpack Giveaway Friday

Families can enjoy an evening of fun while getting ready for the new school year at Riverview Behavioral Health's first-ever Glow Into the School Year: Teen Wellness Block Party & Backpack Giveaway this Friday in Texarkana.

The free community event will take place Friday, July 31, from 6:30 to 9 PM at Riverview Behavioral Health, 701 Arkansas Blvd. in Texarkana, Arkansas.

Texarkana Community Event For Back To School

The event is designed to help students head back to school with the supplies they need while connecting families with local community resources focused on health and wellness.

Backpacks and school supplies will be available while supplies last, and there will be plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy throughout the evening.

Riverview Behavioral Health says the event is all about promoting teen wellness, mental health awareness, and bringing the community together for a fun night before school begins.
