Shredded Beef or Pork Sandwiches Anyone? [VIDEO]

Most afternoons, it's just my son and I at the house so I'm always looking for easy things to cook for us. I stumbled upon this tasty recipe on tasteofhome.com and I think I'll try it tomorrow.

Ummm... shredded pork sandwiches. My son will definitely give dad kudo's for this one!
