Stay at an Unforgettable Bison Farm in Arkansas This Fall
As we get closer to the fall season maybe you are looking for a unique getaway to enjoy the great outdoors a little off the grid. Imagine staying at a secluded 200-acre bison farm in the Ozark Mountains in NW Arkansas.
Better make sure you have a dependable vehicle because your getaway is located about three and a half miles down a dirt road where you will drop off over 800 feet through several s-curves into the Ozark valley. This is where the bison (buffalo) roam on this secluded bison farm surrounded by the beauty of the mountains with lots of peace and quiet and only 45 minutes to fishing in the White and Little Red River.
The Ozark Valley Bison Farm features the guest quarters upstairs in the host's beautiful farmhouse. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and a shared bathroom.
There is also a center private lounge with access to their entire but the upstairs is completely private. You will love having a cup of coffee on the front porch!
You will also love the views from the back deck overlooking the valley.
Now keep in mind that wifi is available but the cell phone is spotty and may be limited due to the location. Not only will you see North American Plains Bison on this farm but you will also see lots of deer, turkeys, bears, and other wildlife that roam this countryside. Your stay includes a 45-minute bison tour with Airbnb hosts Rod and Cindy who will get you up close and personal with these majestic beasts.
