Texarkana Texas Police are reporting that a Texas-side woman was arrested on Thursday morning in connection with a shooting and wounding of a Texarkana man.

This week's featured felon from the Texarkana Texas Police Department Jaylon Ward who has a felony warrant for alleged Burglary of a Habitation.

Gov. Asa Hutchinson has announced the appointment of Charley Jackson of Camden to the Board of Trustees of Southern Arkansas University.
