
TexAmericas Center Sees 136% Employment Growth Over Five Years
TexAmericas Center has released its 2026 Aspire Annual Report, outlining another year of strong growth, expanded partnerships, and rising employment across its industrial footprint in Texarkana.
The report highlights continued momentum at the mixed-use industrial park, which ranks as the fifth-largest industrial park in the United States. Over the past year, TexAmericas Center saw gains in job creation, tenant activity, and utilization of industrial and commercial space, reinforcing its role as a regional economic driver.
Job Creation and Workforce Growth
According to the report, 1,536 jobs were created at TexAmericas Center, contributing to a 136% increase in employment over the past five years. Companies operating on the property reported a combined $95.2 million in payroll during 2025, underscoring the park’s growing economic impact on the Texarkana region.

TexAmericas Center now supports 44 companies, with continued interest from logistics, rail-served operations, and development-ready industries.
Expanding Industrial Footprint
The Aspire report shows 1.4 million square feet of industrial and commercial space currently in use, along with a 67% increase in third-party logistics (3PL) tenants. Leaders say the availability of existing facilities and room for expansion remains a key advantage for companies seeking scalable operations.
Renew Truck CEO Eddy Anders said his company’s growth reflects confidence in both TexAmericas Center and the region, citing the ability to expand efficiently while diversifying into new markets.
Looking Ahead
TexAmericas Center leadership says the focus remains on attracting new investment, supporting existing tenants, and creating long-term economic opportunities for the region.
