Texarkana Christmas Parade Postponed! [VIDEO]

Well, in case you haven't heard the 27th Annual Main Street Christmas Parade scheduled for Monday, December 5th has been POSTPONED until Thursday, December 8th at 7pm, Downtown Texarkana.I guess you can say the Grinch reared it's ugly head, Unfortunately, the parade has been postponed due to heavy rain that is expected over the area Sunday & Monday. According to the National Weather service we could see 2-4 inches of heavy rainfall and colder temperatures before this system works it's way out of the area late Tuesday night.
