Volunteers Needed for Annual Fall Sweep in Texarkana
It looks like late September is going to be a great weekend to get out and help your community do a little clean-up. Keep Texarkana Beautiful is inviting residents to help clean up the community at its Annual Fall Sweep event on Saturday, September 27, from 8 AM to noon.
Targeted Areas for the Sweep
This is a great opportunity for volunteers to work together to beautify local roadways and public areas. KTB is partnering with the City of Texarkana, Texas, to support clean-up projects in several neighborhoods, including Beverly, Rosehill, New Town, Liberty-Eylau, and Highland Park.
To help with the effort, the city will provide a roll-off dumpster at each of the five locations for residents to dispose of bulk waste and trash. Please note that certain items are not permitted, including batteries, tires, paint, and large appliances.

Your Texarkana-Area Clean-up Assignments
