Texarkana Mardi Gras Kid and Pet Parade Photos

Last Saturday, Mardi Gras on Front Street in Downtown Texarkana was a lot of fun despite the cold! It all started at 10AM and because of the cold weather I think some people might have had a tough time getting out of bed, I know I did!

It was a great turn out considering! The Kid and Pet Parade was at 11AM and even with the bitter cold there were a few that turned out. They were precious!!

The kids and their pets were all dressed up for Mardi Gras. There were ribbons, tutus colored fur and hats, but the big surprise was a cat! Yes, there was a cat in the parade all cozy and wrapped up in blankets sitting in a doll stroller! Check out the sweet pics below!
