Texarkana Police Need Your Help In Locating These Men

Texarkana Arkansas Police are asking you for help locating two men with warrants out for their arrest in unrelated crimes. Take a look at the photos of these two men, do they look familiar? Have you seen them recently? 

The TAPD is looking for 19-year-old Kahim Webster. Webster is a black male wanted for alleged Murder in the First Degree and for Terrorist Act. Webster is 6 feet tall weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has Brown eyes and Black hair.

The second man the TAPD is looking for is Keyvuntae Jarquez Featherson. Featherson is a 21-year-old black male. He is wanted for alleged failure to comply with sex offender registration and reporting requirements. Featherson is 6 foot 2 inches and weighs 180 pounds, he has brown eyes and black hair.
