The Legendary Etta James Passes Away [VIDEO]

Etta James best known for her classic ballad "At Last" has passed away after an ongoing battle with leukemia. The six-time Grammy Award winner and inductee into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame was 73 years old.

I have to make mention both me & my wife have always loved the song "At Last". In fact, we had it in sung at our wedding by a personal friend.

FYI: Beyonce recently played the singer in the movie Cadillac Records. According to Billboard.com, Beyonce knew that filling Etta’s shoes will be challenging. She went on to say “I realized that Etta James was so unapologetic, bold and strong that playing her was a big risk for me. It gave me the confidence and the push to challenge myself a little more with my music.”
