Today is known as Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year. Everyone goes back to work or school, it's cold and we're all tired of dealing with our New Year's resolutions. At least that's what research says.

Is it really the most depressing day of the year for you? Supposedly, this research comes from social media and it seems over the past few years, today is the day where most people complain. On a positive note, at least we are getting over the "most depressing day of the year" early!
