
FREE Holiday Magic: El Dorado’s Murphy Arts District Trail of Lights is Shining Bright
We found another great Trail of Lights in Arkansas. Presented by Murphy USA at the Murphy Arts District in El Dorado. This holiday attraction is shining bright almost every night at the MAD Amphitheater through Sunday, December 28, and it's Free!
The event will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25.
El Dorado's 3rd Annual Trail of Lights
Joanna Benson, Marketing Manager at the Murphy Arts District, said in a press release,
The Trail of Lights has become a signature holiday tradition for our community. We love seeing families make memories here year after year. Thanks to Murphy USA and our many local sponsors, we’re able to celebrate Trail of Lights for a third year.
Favorite Displays Return and New Ones Have Been Added at El Dorado's Trail of Lights
You'll see beautiful light displays featuring deer, trees, angels, and ornaments, along with a giant inflatable area complete with a snow yeti, polar bears, and a towering Grinch. Some favorites are returning too, like Frosty’s Igloo Disco, dancing pixel elves, animated talking trees, and the Rudolph Express train ride on Fridays and Saturdays.

Kids can mail their letters to Santa at Santa’s Mailbox!
New this year are elves climbing an oil derrick and a lighted tunnel connecting MAD to the Rialto, adding even more sparkle to this great event.

When is the Trail of Lights in El Dorado Open?
The event is free to the public and is open Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 PM to 8 PM and Sundays through Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
The Trail of Lights is located at 105 East Locust Street in downtown El Dorado, Arkansas.
