
Two Arkansas Men Arrested in Separate Child Porn Cases
Arkansas State Police (ASP) announce the arrest of a man from Benton and a man from Texarkana in separate child porn cases in Arkansas.

An investigation by the Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began on Thursday, February 29 on 27-year-old Gregory Lynn Westbrook. The police received a cyber tip that Westbrook was involved in the distribution of child sexual abuse materials.
The Saline County Sheriff’s Office and Arkansas State Agents then took Westbrook into custody on March 8 and brought him to the Saline County Detention Center. He has been charged with 250 counts of Distributing, Possessing, or Viewing of Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child.

In a separate case, on Thursday, March 14, ICAC Task Force Agents along with the Texarkana Police Department received a search warrant for a residence in the 1400 block of Orleans Street in Texarkana. They seized electronic devices and other evidence in the home of 38-year-old Jonathan McLean.
McLean was taken into custody at his place of employment. He was later taken to the Miller County Detention Center and he was charged with 100 Counts of Distributing, Possessing, or Viewing of Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child.
Having a mugshot does not equate with being guilty of a crime.
