🏫Teaching Proposals For Popular Kids' College Program

The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT) is now accepting teaching proposals for its annual Kids’ College program. This popular summer program is popular with kids, parents, and teachers. The Kids' College is looking for creative and enthusiastic educators to teach unique and enriching classes for young learners. The theme for this year’s Kids’ College is “Summer Safari”. The theme will allow educators to develop lessons inspired by the great outdoors and wildlife.

UAHT is looking for applicants with prior teaching experience, but a formal teaching license is not required. Teachers with expertise in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) fields will receive special consideration. Popular STEAM topics include robotics, coding, and art. If you’re interested in teaching a STEAM-related course but would like a pre-made curriculum and lesson plans, you should note this on your application.

UAHT's Kids' College Looking for Teaching Proposals

To apply, educators must submit a detailed class proposal for each group, week, and class they wish to lead. The deadline for class proposals is 3:30 PM on Monday, March 3, 2025. Class topics are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early submissions are encouraged.
