This Friday, Mark Cooke is coming to perform at Shooters on Aug. 2. But who is he?

Although he isn't new to country music, Mark Cooke has built his country music career since 1997 after he left the U.S. Navy and soon started the Cooke County Line Band with his future brother-in-law Joe Rodriguez.

Since then, Mark has opened for or performed with the likes of Miranda Lambert, Tracy Lawrence, Robert Earl Keen, Ty Herndon, Linda Davis and others. Soon, he headed to Nashville where his music career would really get started (as if performing with these country legends isn't enough)!

In 2010, Mark signed with CVR debut EP titled Living For The Weekend. His debut single, "Can't Cheat In A Small Town" came out in 2010 and sailed up the charts and was soon followed by two other singles, "I Love It" and "Any Way The Wind Blows."

So what's his latest? Check out the video for his latest single, "Stay With Me Tonight," below then go get your tickets to his show at Shooters this Friday!
