Alleged Copper Theft Leaves Area Woman Behind Bars

Texarkana, Texas Police have identified a woman who was arrested for allegedly stealing copper wiring out of a vehicle in the 5200 Block of North State LineCandace Bounds has been charged and also faces other charges involving additional alleged theft from a company vehicle that belongs to D & D Builders. She has been charged with burglary of a vehicle.

Bounds is booked into the Bi-State Justice Center Jail and her bond set at $7,500.
