This weekend we go back to Daylight Savings Time. So, before you go to sleep Saturday night set your clock forward one hour! Remember, it's "Spring Forward"!

Alright so we lose an hour, shouldn't be that bad right? A recent study says that 82% of us be totally out of it because of the time change and it will take three and a half days to recover! Hmm, I guess next week will just be a wash! The study also found that 18% of people won't even feel a difference.

Personally, I LOVE Daylight Savings Time! It brings the kid out in me. It means warmer temperatures are coming and summer is just around the corner!
