NASA Says We’ll be O.K. in 2012

(Photo from: 2012/Sony Pictures Entertainment)

Welcome to 2012!  Of course to bring in the new year, my husband and I watched the movie 2012. Yikes! We’ve all heard about the Mayan calendar predictions of a solar shift that will cause planets to collide and if that didn’t kill us, we would experience violent earthquakes bringing on the end of the world.  More YIKES!

Luckily, our friendly scientists at NASA say the world will NOT end on December 21st, 2012.  NASA says there are no objects headed our way over the next year.

But then again, I keep hearing the John Cusack’s character Jackson Curtis  say, “When they tell you not to panic… that’s when you run!”

Hmm….Maybe, I’ll wait til December 22nd to do my Christmas shopping?
