Veterans Day Dinner and 40’s-era Hangar Dance – Just Wish It Was Closer
How about a dinner and dance, 1940’s-style, in an airplane hangar? Jeepers, that sounds swell!
If you know me then you know what a huge fan I am of vintage warplanes and flying in general, which automatically makes me a fan of the CAF. So when I saw this event on Facebook I just had to let everyone know about it. I just wish it were a little closer. However, it might work for you.
The Central Texas Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) located in San Marcos, Texas presents a Veteran’s Day Dinner and 40’s Swing Hangar Dance on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 6 – 11PM.
Enjoy a terrific dinner and then dance the night away to the Sentimental Journey Orchestra under the direction of Ted Conerly and featuring the Memphis Belles.
