2016 CMT Music Awards Winners List

Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton and Thomas Rhett were among the country stars who took home trophies at Wednesday night's (June 8) fan-voted 2016 CMT Music Awards.

Underwood took home Female Video of the Year, for "Smoke Break," and CMT Performance of the Year, "Smoke Break" during her Instant Jam show, while Stapleton earned Breakthrough Video of the Year, for "Fire Away." Rhett, meanwhile, received Male Video of the Year, for "Die a Happy Man."

The big winner of the night, however, was Tim McGraw, whose "Humble and Kind" music video took home the show's highest honor, Video of the Year. A complete list of this year's nominees, as well as each category's winner, is below.
