Arkansas Crimes Against Children Task Force Arrests Salem Man

The Arkansas State Police have made another in a long list of recent child porn busts, this one is accused of 152 counts of possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials, and he is already a registered Level-3 sex-offender.

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, agents with the Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, alongside Arkansas State Police SWAT, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, and the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, executed a search warrant on the 8200 block of Zuber Road in Salem, Arkansas.

The warrant followed an investigation launched after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip, originating from a social media platform, led authorities to the Salem residence.

During the search, 36-year-old Mark Beagle Jr. of Salem was arrested. Beagle faces 152 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Following his arrest, he was transported and booked into the Saline County Detention Center. Authorities noted that Beagle is a registered Level-3 sex offender, a designation linked to previous convictions.
