Buckle Up the Right Way in Arkansas

The Arkansas Highway Safety Office is also reminding drivers and passengers to wear seat belts properly by following a few simple safety tips:

  • Place the shoulder belt across the middle of the chest and away from the neck.
  • Keep the lap belt low across the hips, not the stomach.
  • Never place the seat belt behind your back or under your arm.

And honestly, life is a whole lot easier and cheaper when you don’t get caught without your seat belt on. So Buckle Up!
