Ark-La-Tex Makes Top 10 on List of Fattest States in America

Isn't it a bit cruel to put a list like this out during the holiday season?

I don't know about you, but I'm over here working on my winter coat. It's gets cold during the holidays so I need an extra layer of warmth. No to mention, The extra fabric makes it easy to hide the fact that you went back for seconds at Thanksgiving dinner three times.

What a world we live in where we feel like we have to hide ourselves just because we love food. I don't think it ever matters what size you are, as long as you're healthy. However, WalletHub recently put out their list of the fattest states in the nation and things didn't look too great for any of the states in the Ark-La-Tex right before the holidays.

How rude!

Nonetheless, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas all found themselves in the top 10. Arkansas came in at number three with Louisiana at number six and Texas at number 10. There is good news here because we can fix this. We can spend time on ourselves, eat right and get active. We can make sure we aren't at the top of this list again.
