Did you purchase Skechers Shape-Ups, Tone-Ups or Resistance Runner shoes in Arkansas or Oklahoma thinking they may improve your health? If so, you may be eligible for a refund.

As part of the settlement, Skechers will allocate $40 million to reimburse consumers who purchased the shoes. In addition, they will pay $5 million to the states involved in the lawsuit. For its portion, Arkansas will get $84,254 while Oklahoma will get $89,273.
