This New Original Children’s Series is Filmed Entirely in Arkansas
Did you know there is a great new series for children and it is filmed in Arkansas? The series is called 'Mystery League' is a live-action series that helps teach children from kindergarten age through second grade all about friendship, problem-solving and community.
The show airs on Arkansas PBS but is available through other outlets. Mystery League is a 20-episode series that will continue to run on Sundays this spring starting on February 11.
What is the Show 'Mystery League' About?
The show follows three 5th grader “detectives” solving mysteries in the fictional small of Mulberry Springs, Arkansas.
Arkansas PBS Education Director and “Mystery League” producer Sajni Kumpuris recently said in a press release,
From the very beginning ‘Mystery League’ has had a foundational goal of reinforcing the importance of families and community engagement, and those themes were woven into each episode of the series. We embarked on this journey with a clear vision – to capture the essence of Arkansas and illuminate the charm nestled within its small towns.
Attend the Free Sneak Peek Event
There will be a fun free sneak peek at the new episode for families on Saturday, January 27 at 10:30 AM at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts located at 501 E 9th Street in Little Rock. There will be a presentation of two episodes from the new season. Kids will also learn a dance and take part in other activities too.
