Arkansas Town Named One of The Best Weekend Trips in USA For 2024

This time of year is a great time to hit the road and discover new places. An Arkansas town made a very exclusive list of towns in America that are great for a weekend getaway.

This list, by Timeout.com, only has 17 towns listed as Best Weekend Trips in the U.S. for 2024.

The Natural State is getting a lot of love lately. From having one of the best BBQ Joints and, beautiful scenic drives to now this one of the best weekend trips. The towns that made the list are from Maine, New Jersey, California and more.

The city that made the list in Arkansas is not usually on our radar for a weekend trip. The city?

If you were thinking Hot Springs or Eureka Springs you would be wrong.

The town in Arkansas to make the Best Weekend Trips in the USA is...Bentonville.

In the listing which by the way, Bentonville came in at #3, they said,

Based at the foothills of Ozark Mountain they also highlighted other great things to do in Bentonville like the trail system throughout the city. They also mention the adventures you can have at the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve.

If you plan on going in the summer, don't miss the Bentonville Film Festival, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The film festival will run from Tuesday, June 11 to Sunday, June 16.
