Nashville recording artist Blane Howard will be performing at Shooters this Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016.

If you've never seen Blane perform before you're in for a real treat because this guy knows how to entertain the crowd. If it's country his chosen genre or classic rock, blues, pop or even R&B this singer/songwriter is super talented. A native Arkansan from Hot Springs and a graduate of Belmont University he's learned to sing just about every kind of genre imaginable with confidence. I met Blane several years ago and we had lunch at Whataburger his favorite place to eat because they don't have them in Tennessee. I fast became a fan and friend of Blane and his music. Since then I have got to know some of the guys in the band and they are just as talented. Howard has been playing with most of these guys since their college days. And recently, he just got married this past summer.

Here's his wedding video and a portion of a new song "Promise To Love Her" he personally wrote for his beautiful new bride Megan.

You  know I kid him all the time that his vocal style is a cross between Chris Young and Randy Houser and he just laughs. Blane Howard has been pursuing his music career for a long time and has opened up for artists like Granger Smith, Hunter Hayes, the band Exile just to name a few. He has played at several venues like Magic Springs, Arkansas State Fair, State Fair of Texas and many more. Howard first came to be known for a song he wrote called "Arkansas Y'all" that placed second in a songwriting competition for Arkansas.com. The song represents the love he has for the state of Arkansas and for his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks.

So I personally invite everyone to come to Shooters this Saturday night for a great show with Blane Howard.

Blane released his first full studio album last summer titled Away We Go and featured the single "Friday Feeling."
