Additional Information: Julia left her residence a week ago on 7-28-14. She left a note with the family when she left, then several days later left a note on a neighbor’s vehicle saying she was ok but needed time to think. As of today she still has not made further contact with her family.
The Sheriff, deputies, family members and I have made contact with friends that she was staying with the last time she ran away (Feb 2014) and other friends/ acquaintances of Julia, but she has not been located as of 8-4-14.
