When is the Jefferson Candlelight Tour of Homes?

The Candlelight Tour of Homes takes place over two weekends in December. Plan on a long weekend or a short visit; either way, you can fit this Jefferson, Texas tradition easily into your plans. The tour runs from Thursday, December 4, through Saturday, December 6, and then again the next week, Thursday, December 11, through Saturday, December 13.

What You Will See at The Candlelight Tour of Homes

Hosted by the Historic Jefferson Foundation, this tour offers the chance to step back in time through beautifully decorated homes, each one dressed in elaborate Victorian style or with decorations that match the home’s original period. The Enchanted Forest is free, thanks to local families, businesses, organizations, and individuals who decorate each tree in support of the Jefferson Lions Club.
