Daisy State Park Ready for Labor Day Celebration

The summer season is coming to an end and Daisy State Park invites you for a fun-filled weekend of activities beginning Friday, September 4 through Monday. September 7. Meet the park's resident interpreter “Sam the Snake" and learn what his favorite foods are on Friday at 4:30PM.  More free programs begin at 1PM. on Saturday, but one of the highlights of Saturday will be the Dutch Oven Dessert program at 7PM.

Cost is only $2 per person with cobbler for everyone. Pre-registration is required by 5PM Saturday. Sunday, September 6 learn all about Geocaching from 1PM to 4PM, admission is $10 each for this workshop. At 7PM Sunday, join Megan for her last sunset Kayak Tour on Lake Greeson before she moves on to Lake Ouachita State Park.

Space is limited so you must pre-register no later than 5PM Sunday. Then on Monday, Labor Day 2015 ends with a 9AM Morning nature walk.
