The school year may be starting up, but we still have plenty of warm nights ahead to enjoy, including this Friday night, August 8. It's time to celebrate Texarkana with another great Downtown Live in historic downtown Texarkana.

This great event with Main Street Texarkana is held on the second Friday of every month from 6 PM to 9 PM. Experience downtown Texarkana with live music in the street and local artists creating right in front of you.

Another great thing about Downtown Live is all the cool shops you love stay open later. This gives you a chance to explore their treasures, merchandise, and services. Some stores even offer special discounts that are only available during Downtown Live. There are also plenty of great places to get a bite to eat or sit and have a wonderful meal.

Grab your friends or family and head down to Broad Street, Front Street and the surrounding areas to explore the shops and all the creativity that is happening at Downtown Live. It's all about celebrating what makes Texarkana shine.
