Emmit Smith to Headline Popular St. Patrick’s Event in Arkansas

One of the most popular events is about to go down in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The First Ever 21st Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade is set for Sunday, March 17, 2024, on historic Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs.

This event continues to get bigger and better each year bringing in celebrities, musicians, and entertainers from all over the world. And what would a parade be without an official Parade Starter, this year's real cowboy Forrie J. Smith who plays Lloyd Pierce on the hit television series Yellowstone will kick off the parade on the historic 98-foot length Bridge Street.

The legendary Dallas Cowboys and Pro Football Hall of Fame football player Emmit Smith will serve as the celebrity Grand Marshal. The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders as always will rev up the huge crowd for their 9th straight appearance. This is going to be way too cool to have two cowboys named Smith leading the parade.

The 21st Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade festivities begin on Saturday, March 16, with a FREE live concert from Bonnie Montgomery followed by country artist Pat Green.

Then on Sunday, March 17, The Molly Ringwalds will perform following the parade.
