Former Liberty-Eylau Star Makes The Most of His Time in Big Leagues

Will Middlebrooks is enjoying his time playing Major League Baseball for the Boston Red Sox.The former Liberty-Eylau baseball star was called up earlier this month to play third base for the Sox, while Kevin Youklis spends time on the disabled list from an injury.

Will is making the most of his time to shine. Middlebrooks has played 12 games and has a .300 batting average, 15 hits, 5 doubles and 5 home runs, while knocking contributing 14 rbi's to the team.

The big question is what will the Red Sox do with Middlebrooks when Youklis comes back off the disabled list? Here's hoping they find a place on the roster for him. If not, you can bet it will not be long until Will is on the team and in the majors to stay.
