With the Total Eclipse coming on April 8, more and more people are wanting to learn about eclipses and astronomy. The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana is here to help you out.
When is The Astronomy & Eclipse Lecture at UAHT?
Learn more about our universe, astronomy and eclipses at this great lecture Tuesday April 2 at 5:30 PM. Karen Steed, who is an esteemed astronomy instructor will be the keynote speaker. Steed has years of experience studying the skies and will pass on some of that knowledge in the lecture.
This is a Free Event
Be sure to grab your friends because this is a free event and it's open to the public.
All people attending this lecture will receive a free pair of eclipse viewing glasses.
Celebrating The Solar Eclipse Events in Hope Arkansas
For the actual Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8 be sure to be a part of the UAHT Solar Express solar eclipse celebration from 10 AM to 4 PM.
