Friends of NRA Banquet is Tuesday, May 13

It's time once again for the Four States Friends of NRA banquet, get your Big Shooter tickets soon and make your plans to join us Tuesday, May 13 at the Four States Fairgrounds!

Are you ready for the auctions? For the delicious Naaman's Championship BBQ Dinner? Picking out the buckets to drop your tickets into? Mark your calendars now and get your tickets early for the 2014  Four States Friends of NRA Banquet! If you're an NRA member then you already know what a great event this is and how much it benefits local area youth programs in the shooting sports. Plus it's a heck of a lot of fun!

I get to co-host the event this year and I can't wait.

Did you know that Four States Friends of NRA gave over $17,000 in grants to youth shooting programs right here in the Ark-La-Tex from last years event?  The 2013 banquet made it once again into the exclusive NRA High Caliber Club which ensures you to have the best stuff to bid on this year as well.

Listed below are just some the programs that have benefited from this banquet recently:

• Ashdown Trap Team
• Bowie County 4-H advisory board
• Fouke ISD Shooting Team
• Genoa ISD Shooting Team
• Texarkana Arkansas Razorback Trap Team
• The Bowie County 4H Pistol Club

Besides guns and ammunition these youth shooting sports programs have a lot of expenses that have to be met every year and that's what the Friends of NRA banquet is all about.

The Big Shooter package costs $100 and includes dinner, but you'll get $200 worth of tickets to drop in the prize buckets. This is by far your best deal on the dinner package. However if you are interested in getting a table for your company or organization there are several other packages available, please contact a committee member for more information.
