LeAnn Rimes Working On New Album For 2012

Country star LeAnn Rimes is currently in the studio working on her new album and hopes to have it released by summer of 2012.In a recent interview with the Tennessean, Rimes says this album will have more of a traditional country sound to it unlike her previous albums.

Rimes latest album released Sept. 2011 'Lady & Gentlemen' consisted of cover songs recorded by male singers. She said that album truly inspired her to want to make a more traditional album, a more stripped down, classic country sound.

With five songs already in the can things are going as planned for a summer release and by the way, this will be LeAnn Rimes last album to record with Curb Records.
