Rodger is 66 years old and stands 6' tall. He has gray hair, a mustache and brown eyes. He weighs around 155 pounds.

He was reportedly last seen in Texarkana Arkansas near I-49 and State Hwy 237.

The Miller County Sheriff's Office stated on their Facebook page;

May have a yellow coat or brown hoodie in the vehicle. Last seen wearing a black leather jacket, marine vet ball cap, and grey sweats or jeans. Rodger may be in a 2004 white Ford Explorer Sport Track Truck, Arkansas License Plate 591YMI
